Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 June 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using DR. CRM at drcrm.cloud (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. The Service is developed and maintained by Codohub. If you use the Service on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to bind that clinic to these Terms.

2. The Service

DR. CRM provides clinic management tools — patient records, appointments, prescriptions, billing, reporting, and messaging integrations. The Service is a record-keeping and administration tool; it does not provide medical advice, and all clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating practitioner.

3. Accounts & responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
  • Clinic administrators are responsible for managing staff access and removing accounts of departed staff.
  • You must enter only data you are legally entitled to process, and obtain any patient consents required by applicable law.
  • You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other clinics' data, reverse engineering, or sending spam through messaging features.

4. Your data

Each clinic owns the data it enters. We process it only to operate the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request an export or deletion of your clinic's data at any time.

5. Messaging features

WhatsApp and SMS features operate through the clinic's own provider accounts (e.g. Meta WhatsApp Business). The clinic is responsible for complying with those providers' terms and with applicable messaging regulations, including obtaining patient opt-in.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and factors outside our control (hosting providers, network outages) may cause temporary downtime. We recommend clinics keep independent backups of critical records exported from the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data beyond what was caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the security of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms: contact us via codohub.com. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
